


Go to Animation > Load Timing File and load the file you saved. This will import all the frames and apply dithering as well. Then File>Open and open the folder with all the images, use Ctrl+A to select all images and hit open. Save it to the desktop, it is a very small txt file. Open GMG, open the first gif you made with virtualdub.

You can preview the animation with View > Animation. File > Animation Wizard & follow instructions. You can resize your screenshots so don't worry (or you can resize before with an other software)

You've to do many screenshots so I suggest to make a folder Then load your video and select the beginning and end of your cut : (set marker A&B)
